Privacy Policy
Updated for August 2026 • Version 3.2
Biodata99 operates on a zero-server-storage privacy architecture. This document explains how your matrimonial data, photographs, and drafts remain strictly on your own device.
Zero Server Storage
All PDF compiling occurs in your browser.
No Profile Tracking
We cannot see or log your entered details.
Local Device Memory
Drafts save in your browser LocalStorage.
Instant Reset
Clear site cache to wipe all local records.
1. How the Biodata Editor Works (Client-Side Architecture)
When you use the Biodata99 editor, everything you type—your name, date of birth, family details, photograph, and astrological particulars—is rendered locally using HTML5 Canvas and JavaScript. None of this data is transmitted to or stored on our servers at any point.
- We cannot view, access, or intercept your personal matrimonial particulars.
- We do not maintain a database of user photos, names, or contact numbers.
- Your finalized PDF is generated and downloaded straight from your device.
- Closing your browser session leaves zero residual copies on our infrastructure.
2. Local Browser Storage & Session Continuity
To prevent accidental data loss during editing, your browser's private LocalStorage is used to cache your form inputs automatically. This allows you to refresh the tab or return on the same browser without retyping your details.
This cache lives exclusively on your local machine. You can clear it at any time by clicking "Reset Form" inside the builder or by clearing your browser's site cookies and data.
3. Customer Support Communications
When you send an inquiry through our Contact Us portal or via email, we collect your name and email address solely to formulate a direct reply. This information is never sold, licensed, or shared with third-party marketing brokers.
4. Anonymous Analytics & Cookies
We use aggregated analytics to understand macro visitor flows (such as page visit volumes and general device types). Analytics scripts do not capture form inputs, names, photos, or matrimonial records. You may use browser add-ons or ad blockers to disable analytics tracking without impacting the editor.
5. Children's Privacy Protection
Biodata99 is intended for matrimonial planning by adults. We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18.
6. Policy Updates & Contact Inquiries
Any updates to this policy are reflected here immediately. For privacy questions, write to our data protection team at support@biodata99.com.
